Powder Box Hotel is an extremely cost-efficient solution to low cost / staff accommodation for Niseko during the resort’s peak season.
The goal was to prefabricate the entire hotel off-site in China, and ship it in parts to Japan. Due to strict standards and regulations in Japan, a huge amount of time and effort was put into making sure all aspects of the build were compliant.
