ALT-254’s design intent is to encapsulate luxury that folds into Japan’s cultural identity. 42 beautifully appointed Pavilion Suites blend contemporary and traditional design in a location that boasts stunning views over the snow-covered hills.
Each and every unit will be prefabricated off-site in Japan for ease of assembly and to eliminate the need to pause development during the winter season. ALT-254 has designed this property to withstand both earthquakes and snow, and has taken on the significant task of incorporating and drilling for onsen facilities. ALT-254’s integrated services offering means seamless management of an extremely complex phase of build.
