The EIB Centre located in Sheung Wan is a multi-use building incorporating Retail, Co-Working, Office, and some F&B outlets. The owner of the building contacted ALT-254 to help design a strategy and face-lift for the project.
Becoming not just a design, but a re-brand, the client then executed the project with their in-house team.
The design was intended to be striking, especially the graphics, which were intended to give the building and its occupants a strong identity and a recognisable landmark.
