About Thomas Morgan

A UK qualified architect, Thomas has earned a first class Masters in Architecture as well as a Masters in Architectural Design with distinction from the Leicester School of Architecture, amongst other prestigious accolades.

Thomas has broad experience in both London and Hong Kong. In the UK he worked with a range of large global clients on noteworthy projects including St Georges Tower, SIG plc global headquarters and the Boden UK’s headquarters. In addition, he has held a number of visiting lecturer roles for several UK universities at undergraduate, MA and Professional levels.

Thomas joined ALT-254 in June 2018 and takes responsibility for the detailed design of projects within the office. He has overseen a number of residential, mixed-use and hotel projects in Japan, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Notable projects include a high-end boutique hotel in Niseko for the international hotel company, The Pavilions, and Campfire’s flagship workspace development in Hong Kong.

As part of his role overseeing project delivery, Thomas is leading the adoption of BIM within ALT-254 to drive efficiency and ensure the quality of output from the office.

A Wuhan Native, Lin has a Bachelor of Industrial Design Degree from Wuhan University, a Master Degree of Design Practices from the The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Diploma of Interior Design, from Hong Kong University Space.

Vincent McIlduff

Founding Partner and CEO of ALT-254

A graduate of Belfast School of Architecture, Vincent began his career working in his family company which has been designing and manufacturing marble products for generations. Following that he accepted a position with prestigious architecture firm OMA, relocating to Holland to work on projects such as De Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Fondazione Prada in Milan, The Prada Transformer in Seoul, and TPAC in Taipei.
