About Evonne Tam

A UK qualified architect, Evonne obtained her undergraduate degree from the Architectural Association and her postgraduate diploma in professional practice from the Royal Institution of British Architects.

Prior to joining ALT-254, Evonne held positions in internationally acclaimed offices in London, Beijing and Berlin, completing a vast range of high-profile projects, including leading the Bond Street Crossrail oversite development in London, 6 Bevis Marks, the Mongolian Private Meadow Club, Vanity by Capi Ombre in Geneva and wayfinding design for Hong Kong Taikoo Place. She won first place in international competitions in architecture and urban design which led to the award of impressive contracts with Transport for London and City governments.

In 2015, Evonne relocated to Hong Kong to join as Partner for Make Architects working on Serensia Woods, a 4-hectare property in Zhuhai dedicated to luxury wellness. She was also a part-time lecturer for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design.

Evonne joined ALT-254 in October 2018. In her new role, her focus lies in designing bespoke luxury villas for the Selong Selo hotel development in Lombok, Indonesia.

A Wuhan Native, Lin has a Bachelor of Industrial Design Degree from Wuhan University, a Master Degree of Design Practices from the The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Diploma of Interior Design, from Hong Kong University Space.

He is also a registered architect having graduated from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands

Vincent McIlduff

Founding Partner and CEO of ALT-254

A graduate of Belfast School of Architecture, Vincent began his career working in his family company which has been designing and manufacturing marble products for generations. Following that he accepted a position with prestigious architecture firm OMA, relocating to Holland to work on projects such as De Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Fondazione Prada in Milan, The Prada Transformer in Seoul, and TPAC in Taipei.
