About Evonne Tam

A UK qualified architect, Evonne has an undergraduate degree from the Royal Institution of British Architects (Part III) and a postgraduate diploma in professional practice from the Architectural Association.

Evonne has a vast range of international experience,  including the Mongolian Private Meadow Club in Inner Mongolia, Vanity by Capi Ombre in Geneva and research on Vertical Urbanism in Berlin.

She has won first place in highly esteemed competitions and awarded impressive contracts with Transport for London White Chapel Mixed Used Development and Riga New Administration Centre Masterplan.

In 2015, she completed a three-month residency at HENN Architekten, Berlin before relocating to Hong Kong in 2017 to become a Partner at Make Architects and later a Senior Designer at Choi Comer Asia. In Hong Kong, her most prominent projects include the China Mobile flagship store in Central and One Taikoo Place; as well as Life Wellness City in Zhuhai, China.

Evonne joined ALT-254 in October 2018, where her focus lies in designing bespoke luxury villas for the Selong Selo residential development in Lombok, Indonesia.

A Wuhan Native, Lin has a Bachelor of Industrial Design Degree from Wuhan University, a Master Degree of Design Practices from the The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Diploma of Interior Design, from Hong Kong University Space.

He is also a registered architect having graduated from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands

Vincent McIlduff

Founding Partner and CEO of ALT-254

A graduate of Belfast School of Architecture, Vincent began his career working in his family company which has been designing and manufacturing marble products for generations. Following that he accepted a position with prestigious architecture firm OMA, relocating to Holland to work on projects such as De Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Fondazione Prada in Milan, The Prada Transformer in Seoul, and TPAC in Taipei.
