ALT _ ST. MORITZ HOUSE_NISEKO_JAPAN

Commission to design a high-end modular housing system for multiple sites in Hokkaido, Japan. The Brief calls for an efficient and cost effective project that can be easily prefabricated off-site and can in turn be constructed in a minimal time-frame. Also the housing must be extremely energy efficient and as self-sustaining as possible. Our goal is to replicate the design using interchanging sections to help generate 10 unique housing typologies using the same prefabricated components.
